At Anchored Family Doula, we offer a range of services including labor and delivery support, childbirth education, postpartum care, and basic lactation support. My goal is to support the entire family whatever their needs may be. 

Doulas provide emotional, physical, informational, and continuous support. Doula support is highly personalized for your needs. We will work together to figure out the best ways I can support you.

Hospitals, birth centers, and home births on a case by case basis. My service area includes the greater Seattle area from Lynnwood to Tacoma and as far east as Snoqualmie.
